MID Digital Solutions is the sister company of MID Communications, the largest independent franchise of O2 in the North West. During our 25 year history, we’ve built our business by selling O2 products under the O2 brand to business and personal customers from our retail stores in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Merseyside, and the Fylde Coast.

MID Digital Solutions was created to expand our services to more than just mobile for business customers in the region. Our team’s expertise covers mobile comms, cloud telephony & phone systems (VoIP), and internet connectivity, providing complete, all-in-one solutions for our customers’ telecoms requirements.

Our Vision

MID Sustainability

To invest in our future means to invest in sustainability. This is a pledge we have built into our aims as a business, it’s something we’re incredibly passionate about.

  • We travel a lot, so we’ve invested in a fully electric fleet of vehicles.
  • To charge those cars, we’ve made sure the electricity supplied to our headquarters is from sustainable sources. 
  • All of our sites have gotten rid of single use plastics, and have water filtration systems installed for healthy, clean drinking water.
